Over time, the firm has progressively focused its practice on disputes falling within four main areas: art law, commercial law, public freedoms, and white-collar criminal law.
In each of these fields, the firm is also distinguished by its involvement in multi-jurisdictional cases, where cross-border elements may require the formation of teams comprising lawyers based in the various countries concerned.
More specifically, being admitted to both the Paris and Brussels Bars, Maître van Doosselaere has built a strong reputation in the handling of Franco-Belgian disputes, which, depending on the nature of the cases and the parties involved, are brought before the Belgian or French courts, or simultaneously before the courts of both countries.
